Dynamic pool training

Service Description

Dynamic pool training in free diving with a certified instructor that is suitable for all levels and provided that there is a specific certification for the dynamic style in the pool (such as the Aida2 course for example). The training takes place in a heated pool and for your use after the training there is a dry sauna and a hot shower in the country complex. You must arrive with free diving equipment suitable for dynamic training in the pool, which includes at least: Fins, mask, snorkel and weights that are enough to find a balance point in the pool (unlike in the sea!). Additional optional equipment is: swimming goggles, nose seal, suit, neck weight dedicated to dynamic and a monofin if you are a fan of the style :)
