The AIDA1 course consists of two sessions (theoretical and practical) and the maximum depth is 10m.
The course date is the date for the theoretical meeting that will be held in the classroom at the Tel Aviv Marina in the evening.
We will coordinate the date of the practical meeting together in class and according to the weather forecast.
In order to register for the course, basic swimming skills are required, as well as signing a health declaration form and a release from liability.

Learning and practicing pressure comparison
This card is intended for those who have completed a freediving course with any other organization and did not pass the course mainly due to a challenge with the topic of pressure equalization using the Frenzel method taught in the course. As part of the card, you are invited to the theoretical session of the AIDA1 course in order to learn and reinforce the theory of pressure equalization and even receive practical exercises to perform at home in front of the mirror. In addition, the card includes 1 trip to sea via the yacht for a meeting and practical practice of pressure equalization using the Frenzel technique. At the end of the course, you can receive an AIDA1 certification certificate or contact your original instructor and receive a certificate from him based on your results in the meeting with us.
