Free diving training in a semi-Olympic pool in tracks that are closed only to us. This week's workout plan: Heating:* 3 FRC satiety respiratory arrests until first stimulation Depth simulation: 8 repetitions of 50m in dynamic - static - dynamic (Different times will be allocated to each route) Strength/lactic acids: 10 sprints (with short fins) with 30 seconds rest. swimming
