Free diving training in a semi-Olympic pool in tracks that are closed only to us. This week's workout plan: Warming up holding breath in RFC until first stimulus double 3 First Co2 exercise: 10 pools of 25 with 15 seconds rest. Second Co2 exercise: 8 pools of 50m according to an inverted Co2 table that starts with 15 seconds of rest and increases by 15 seconds at each station. Target diving
