The advanced freediving course is open to graduates of Cross AIDA2 or equivalent courses (who meet the criteria of the passing exam). In this cruise we will learn to dive to a depth of 30m and discover the freefall. The length of the cross is 6 full sessions according to the haze detailed below. Going to sea by yacht will be coordinated according to the weather forecast at the beginning of the course.

  • A ticket for the AIDA3 course

    A single ticket per participant in the AIDA3 Cross. Those who register for the course must meet the admission requirements and be graduates of the AIDA2 course or equivalent courses that authorize diving to a depth of 20m, dynamic in a pool of at least 50m with fins and static for a minimum of 2 minutes.
