Freediving introductory course - August 2022 cycle
The introductory course with free diving at the AIDA1 level. The AIDA1 course consists of two sessions (theoretical and practical) and the maximum depth is 10m. The course date is the date for the theoretical meeting that will take place in the classroom at Marina Tel Aviv in the evening. We will coordinate the date of the practical meeting together in class and according to the weather forecast.

קורס AIDA1 מורכב שני מפגשים (עיוני ומעשי) והעומק המקסימלי הוא 10מ'.
תאריך הקורס הינו התאריך למפגש העיוני שיתקיים בכיתה במרינה תל אביב בשעות הערב.
את מועד המפגש המעשי נתאם יחד בכיתה ועל פי תחזית מזג האוויר.
על מנת להרשם לקורס יש צורך ביכולת שחייה בסיסית ובנוסף בחתימה על טופס הצהרת הבריאות וכתב השחרור מאחריות.
