Completion course for AIDA2
Free diving course for AIDA1 course graduates only! The completion course for AIDA2 consists of three sessions: a theoretical session, an in-depth practical session and a pool session. The maximum depth in the AIDA2 course is 20m On Wednesday we will hold the class meeting and on Thursday the pool meeting. The depth meeting will be determined according to the forecast for the morning hours. The date is the date of the class meeting only.

קורס ההשלמה ל AIDA2 מורכב מארבעה מפגשים:
- מפגש עיוני: ללימוד פיזיולוגיה מתקדמת, בטיחות בעומק, השוואת לחצים ועבודת סנפירים.
- מפגש בריכה: ללימוד סגנונות הבריכה - סטאטי ודינאמי עם סנפירים.
- שני מפגשים עומק: לתרגול העמקה הדרגתית, בטיחות ועבודה עם בן זוג, טכניקת סנפירים והשוואת לחצים.
העומק המקסימלי בקורס AIDA2 הוא 20מ'.
תנאי המעבר וההסמכה בסוף הקורס הם:
עומק מינימלי של 12מ'
זמן עצירת נשימה של 2 דק'
דינאמי עם סנפירים למרחק של 40מ' בבריכה.
ביום רביעי נקיים את מפגש הכיתה בערב וביום חמישי בערב את מפגש הבריכה. מפגשי העומק יקבע בהתאם לתחזית לשעות הבוקר. התאריך הוא התאריך של מפגש הכיתה והבריכה.

Supplement to the AIDA2 course
Personal entrance ticket for AIDA1 course graduates only! The completion course includes 3 sessions: a class session, a trip to the sea using a yacht and pool training. The certification is at the AIDA2 level and the maximum depth is 20m.

This card is suitable for graduates of a free diving course corresponding to AIDA2 from another organization who have not been certified for the pool professions. This card allows entry to our theoretical meeting in the classroom on Monday, October 3rd and to the pool meeting on Thursday, October 6th.
